In the Pastry Workshop room, seminars and demonstrations, presentations are organized for your company’s customers or partners, providing them with all the technical and theoretical knowledge that will help them meet modern challenges and stand out.
Ideal for product presentations, TV shoots, spots and corporate events on the subject of Confectionery!
The room is available for rent for demonstrations/seminars.
The Confectionery workshop is fully equipped with all professional confectionary equipment such as refrigerated workbenches, refrigerators, freezers, Rapid cooling refrigerators, pastry mixers, puff pastry machines, workbenches. Specially designed and separate space for cleaning equipment and all the necessary micro-equipment for a Confectionery laboratory.
